Erik Thorstvedt.

We are all part of teams, and Erik Thorstvedt wants to talk about it!

He has his background from football, where he was a goalkeeper, but believes that the things that make good teams, are the same regardless of task. His ambition is to highlight factors that are in play also for your team, and see how we can influence them. And perhaps even make you laugh a couple of times!

He started his career in Norway, but then played in Sweden, Germany and England for many years. He is a FA-cup winner with Tottenham Hotspur.

After his football career he has worked both as a coach, and in media, with many projects on different platforms.

He was the coach of Tufte I.L., a team of nerds that tried to improve their skills on television, and for a few months became the most popular team in Norway in the process.
